Greg and his team at KBF CPAs assist with all EHI projects in a financial advisory role that includes receivership cases, orderly out-of-court liquidations, Chapter 11 bankruptcies, and overall business restructurings. Financial advisory work related to these cases includes preparation of forecasts, operating and cash flow budgets, cash modeling for bank reporting, liquidation analysis, and overall business restructuring plans. KBF CPAs has partnered with EHI in a financial advisory capacity since 2012. EHI became a wholly-owned subsidiary of KBF CPAs in 2019.
Greg was an Audit Senior Manager with KPMG prior to joining KBF CPAs as a partner in the Portland office in 2005. In addition to overseeing the main-line full service audit practice in Portland, Greg heads the firm's GAAP consulting practice, focusing on both publicly-traded and privately-held companies by assisting with technical accounting and SEC reporting requirements.
Greg has a BS in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Portland State University and is a certified public accountant with licenses in Oregon, Washington and California.
