Charleston Aluminum: Engaged by the senior secured lender to monetize the lender’s collateral, including oversight of selling on-hand remaining inventory.
Epic Productions: Multinational services company with operations in the United States and Canada. Engaged by the senior secured lender to monetize the collateral.
Lakewood Engineering: This manufacturer of portable fans and heaters hired EHI as financial advisor to senior secured lender in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Assisted in strategic sales to competitors.
Lodestar Energy, Inc.: Surface and deep mining operation in multiple states in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy hired as financial advisor to senior secured lender to assist in sale of assets.
MD Helicopters: Commercial helicopter manufacturer hired EHI as financial advisor to senior secured lender to monitor operations and assist in the ultimate sale.
NationsWay: National trucking operations in a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy hired EHI as financial advisor to senior secured lender group (5) and assisted in orderly wind down and sale of all assets including real property.
Portland Meadows: Appointed as State Court Receiver to sell operations of horse racing track.
Service Steel: Engaged by Service Steel to assist in the orderly out-of-court liquidation, which included operating the plant for 3 months to complete certain government-related contracts. Responsible for monetizing the remaining collateral, including collection of accounts receivable, liquidation of inventory and liquidation of property and equipment.
Sprouse-Reitz stores: Hired as Liquidating Agent to run and liquidate the company while in Chapter 11.
Summit Timber Co.: Lumber mill hired EHI as financial advisor to senior secured lender to monitor and supervise the environmental cleanup and assist in the sale to a large competitor.
Tom Peterson: Electronics and white goods retailer appointed Edward Hostmann as Chapter 11, then Chapter 7 Trustee to manage the liquidation.
Warm Springs Forest Product Industries: Appointed in tribal court as a receiver to liquidate the remaining on-hand inventory and equipment, including operating the sawmill to complete work-in-progress inventory.
